Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant specialized in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector with proven client handling skills and expertise in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BFSI clients, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality talent solutions tailored to client needs in Coimbatore and surrounding regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer closure for BFSI roles.
  • Handle client accounts independently, understanding their recruitment requirements and providing timely updates and candidate pipelines.
  • Execute bulk hiring drives efficiently ensuring quality hires and timely closure of multiple positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and clients.
  • Support clients on recruitment strategy, compensation benchmarking, and market trends in BFSI sector.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate MIS reports regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during hiring.
  • Network actively with BFSI professionals and participate in industry events for talent mapping and branding.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably within BFSI domain.
  • Proven client handling and account management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing bulk hiring projects with successful delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI industry roles, market trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hires simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
