he applicant tracking system. The role also involves creating job descriptions, posting them on job boards, and maintaining candidate databases.  Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).  Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.  Conducting initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates.  Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  Ensuring smooth logistics for interviews, including availability and room bookings.  Candidate Relationship Management: Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.  Providing updates on application status and gathering feedback.  Administrative Tasks: Maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.  Assisting with offer letter drafting and other administrative tasks.  Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.  Collaborating with other recruiters and team members.
