Role Overview

Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Create and manage job postings across various platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct screening calls and assist in evaluating candidate fit.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities.
• Stay updated on recruitment tools and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, Excel, and job portals (or willing to learn quickly).
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team.
