Recruitment Associate

As a Recruitment Associate at iTeach, you play a crucial role in contributing to the secondary education movement by identifying and attracting top talent to the organization. Your responsibilities include collaborating with team leaders to anticipate recruitment needs, analyzing recruitment data, conducting field research to understand target audience requirements, and providing insights for role design. You will be responsible for managing a diverse recruitment portfolio, including fresh graduates, lateral hires, and interns. This involves identifying talent pools, nurturing relationships, and overseeing the application process. Additionally, you will maintain the organization's online presence on job portals and screen candidates effectively. Building strong relationships with colleges and institutions for recruitment purposes is a key aspect of your outreach efforts. You will work closely with the Communications team to implement branding strategies and enhance the organization's visibility. In terms of interviewing, you will streamline the logistics of the process, ensuring timely issuance of offer letters and facilitating meaningful interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Your role also involves collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer roll-out to acceptance. The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree with a proven track record of performance. While 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
