We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Recruitment Associate to support our growing team in hiring remote sales appointment setters from around the globe. This is a remote role perfect for someone who’s organized, sharp, and loves the thrill of fast-paced hiring.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Source, screen, and shortlist global candidates for appointment setter roles
• Manage high volumes of resumes and identify top fits quickly
• Conduct initial screening calls (optional but preferred)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain hiring pipelines and documentation in an organized way
• Meet quick turnaround targets and deadlines under pressure

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in recruitment, preferably remote or global hiring
• Excellent screening and communication skills
• Ability to work fast and stay calm under high-pressure hiring cycles
• Familiarity with job boards like LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs, etc.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently and follow up proactively
