Recruitment and Administrative Support Executive (Night Shift)

We are looking for a highly organized, go-getter, and detail-oriented Administrative Support Executive to assist our Talent Acquisition team and back office team. In this critical role, you will be essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include working closely with executive management, supporting the recruitment lifecycle, and providing administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Management - Interview Coordination - Resume Management & Formatting - Administrative Support to Executive Management - Team Collaboration Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative support, coordination, or human resources role, preferably in recruitment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly approach. - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) would be advantageous; initial training will be provided. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. - Customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive experience. - Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
