Recruitment and Administrative Support Executive (Night Shift)

We are seeking a highly organized , go-getter and detail-oriented Administrative Support Executive to help our Talent Acquisition team as well as back office team . In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both our candidates and hiring managers. You will closely work with our executive management and in addition to supporting the executive management team, y ou will be instrumental in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Management, Interview Coordination, Resume Management & Formatting, Administrative Support to Executive Management & Team Collaboration Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative support, coordination, or human resources role, preferably within recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a big plus– initial training will be given Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. A strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing a positive experience. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. (Nice to Have): Experience with a specific ATS commonly used in your company.
