Recruitment Intern

• Source and identify candidates using

  Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in our system.
• Assist the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals and closing positions efficiently.

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Prior experience using

  Naukri/LinkedIn for hiring

  (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Access to a

  laptop and stable internet connection

  (mandatory).
• Enthusiasm to learn and build a career in

  recruitment and HR

  .

• Fixed stipend of ₹5,000/month.
