Recruiting Intern

As an HR Intern (Fresher) at the company, you will have the opportunity to work with the Human Resources team and gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and induction programs, maintaining HR records, and helping with employee engagement activities. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to drafting HR policies and documentation, as well as coordinating with different departments for HR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files. - Help with employee engagement activities and events. - Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation. - Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks. Qualifications Required: - Freshers or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of HR functions and policies is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.,
