Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist in the hiring process, conduct candidate interviews, support recruitment initiatives, and assist in onboarding and training processes. The role will also involve fostering clear and effective communication with team members and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Experience with Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Training and onboarding practices
• Organizational skills and a focus on details
• Ability to collaborate in a team and thrive within a fast-paced environment
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
