Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Intern located in New Delhi. The Recruiting Intern will support various recruitment activities, such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, participating in candidate assessments, and assisting in onboarding. The role also includes handling internal communication, collaborating with HR teams in training and development efforts, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for both applicants and the organization. This internship will provide valuable exposure to talent acquisition and recruitment strategies in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and understanding of hiring and recruiting processes
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to assist in interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Experience or willingness to participate in training and onboarding activities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
