We’re searching for a Recruiting Administrator to provide support to our Recruitment Team and be the face of our front desk reception to ensure a pleasant experience for all potential candidates.
As Recruiting Administrator, You Will…
- Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants
- Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process
- Coordinate communication between campus and operations
- Schedule interviews
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests
- Provide support with Welcome Letter creation
- Assemble new hire plans and rosters
- Input employee data and maintain employee files for data & analytics
- Have ownership & support all Recruiting Admin related duties
As Recruiting Administrator, You Have…
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- HR/Recruiting experience (considered an asset)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change
- The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
- The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
