Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recruiting Administrator at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruitment Team and ensuring a smooth experience for potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include welcoming applicants, assisting them throughout the recruitment process, coordinating communication, scheduling interviews, administering tests, creating welcome letters, maintaining employee files, and handling other administrative tasks related to recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants - Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process - Coordinate communication between campus and operations - Schedule interviews - Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests - Provide support with Welcome Letter creation - Assemble new hire plans and rosters - Input employee data and maintain employee files for data & analytics - Own and support all Recruiting Admin related duties Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment - HR/Recruiting experience considered an asset - Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment - Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail - Strong analytical and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and adapting to change - Ability to listen, maintain patience during difficult situations, and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
