About the Role:

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely, quality hires.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, stay updated on market trends, and support employer branding initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS).
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-role recruitment is a plus.
