Recruiter

We are looking for Recruiter to join our team at Winners Win Digital Offerings Private Limited to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Recruiters play a vital role in shaping a company's workforce and contributing to its overall success. This position offers in hand salary of 12,000 - 45,000 and good growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:

• Sourcing and Screening:Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks. This includes reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Interviewing:Conducting interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Offer Negotiation:Negotiating salary and benefits packages with successful candidates.
• Maintaining Candidate Relationships:Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Collaboration:Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Staying Informed:Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and relevant labor laws.
• Reporting:Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.

He/She should be Graduate With Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Additional Skills like Sourcing and Sound Judgement must be open to work 6 days.
