Jobs Territory is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing firm working with clients across industries such as Technology, E-commerce, EdTech, Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing. We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and people management to join our team as Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in HR and recruitment with hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video).
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly hiring targets.
