Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

We are a leading provider of Data Management and BIM Architecture services, established in 2009. Our team of 130+ professionals is based in Ahmedabad, and we are looking for a passionate fresher to join our HR team.

Your Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to launch their career in HR. You will be an integral part of our team, learning the end-to-end recruitment process in a real-world, fast-paced environment. You will get hands-on experience in finding the next great talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing candidates to making the offer.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Post and manage job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
• Keep our candidate database (ATS) organized and up-to-date.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.
• A people-person with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn the intricacies of the recruitment process.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Any prior internship experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical) will be a significant advantage.
