Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with restaurant managers and regional leaders to understand hiring needs and staffing gaps. Create and post job ads for roles such as Chefs, kitchen staff, Service Boys, shift supervisors, restaurant managers. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and local outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with location managers. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines for new store openings or seasonal needs. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding. Assist with new hire documentation, background checks, and compliance with company hiring policies. Build a talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing needs. Represent the company at local job fairs, hospitality recruitment events, and community hiring drives.
