LinkedIn Recruiter and a large network of relevant industry connectionsHeadhunting for niche and senior-level creative/digital rolesSocial media hiring via platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, and portfolio sitesMarket mapping and talent intelligence for proactive pipeline building and competitor benchmarkingExperience evaluating creative portfolios and identifying talent beyond traditional resumes.Comfortable handling multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and engage passive candidates.Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.Passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience and building a talent pipeline aligned with company culture and goals.
