Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, demonstrating a strong ability to attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background verification of candidates before making job offers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
