Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter with 5 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients. Required Skills: Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
