Roles & Responsibilities:

Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.), reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.

Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including paperwork & orientation.

Keeping accurate records of candidates, job openings, and recruitment metrics.

Guide candidates through the interview process, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and negotiate job offers.

Build relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent for future opportunities.

Provide a positive and informative experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.

SKILLS

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
