Job Description

We're looking out for a Recruiter on Contract (Technology Hiring), based at our Pune office.

Recruiter on Contract

In this role you will

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify potential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, research, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, networking, web sourcing, and management of external submissions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and team goals.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, fully source their histories, and build recruiting plans to bring top talent onboard.
  • Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruitment process.
  • Manage onsite candidate interview experiences.
  • Drive offer process - including compensation recommendations, extending offers and closing candidates.
  • Educate/train hiring managers on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, hiring manager responsibilities and current market trends/realities.
  • Document all recruiting related activities in the Applicant Tracking System.

You have got what it takes if you have

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology recruitment, specifically for roles such as Java/.NET Full Stack Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers and Cloud Engineers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve recruitment challenges creatively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Extra dose of awesome if you have...

  • Experience in recruiting in the IT services/SaaS or technology consulting industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
