Recruiter (Non-IT)

As a Recruiter (Non-IT) at our company in Chennai, your role will involve managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers/clients to comprehend staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and execute efficient recruiting strategies. Furthermore, you may be responsible for maintaining recruiting metrics and reports, organizing job fairs and career events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process - Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates - Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand staffing needs - Develop job descriptions and implement effective recruiting strategies - Maintain recruiting metrics and reports - Coordinate job fairs and career events - Ensure a positive candidate experience during recruitment Qualifications Required: - Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring - Experience in Recruiting, especially in Non-IT roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus,
