Recruiter (Non-IT)

As a Recruiter (Non-IT) at our company, your role will involve managing the full-life cycle recruiting process in Chennai. You will be responsible for tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Working closely with hiring managers/clients, you will understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies. Your duties may also include maintaining recruiting metrics and reports, coordinating job fairs and career events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process - Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates - Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand staffing needs - Develop job descriptions and implement effective recruiting strategies - Maintain recruiting metrics and reports - Coordinate job fairs and career events - Ensure a positive candidate experience Qualifications: - Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring - Experience in Recruiting, particularly in Non-IT roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred - Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus,
