We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Non-IT hiring to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality talent, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

* Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles

* Source candidates through various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc.)

* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates

* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring teams

* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage databases

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

* Proven sourcing and stakeholder management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
