Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR rounds.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical business functions.
  • Manage and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Negotiate salary and offers in alignment with internal equity and budget.
  • Ensure recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire are met.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Stay updated with market trends and talent landscape for Non-IT roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
