Role & responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

    • Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
    • Utilizing online channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
    • Building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Networking with potential candidates and building relationships.

Screening and Interviewing:

    • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
    • Assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Collaborating with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintaining Records and Reporting:

    • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job requisitions.
    • Tracking key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
    • Generating reports and providing insights into recruitment effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise -

    In hiring BPO, Digital Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Administration, Bulk hiring.
  • Strong Communication Skills:

    Effective communication is crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Interviewing and Assessment Skills:

    Recruiters need to be able to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Sourcing and Networking Skills:

    The ability to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels is essential.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills:

    Recruiters need to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR Practices and Employment Law:

    Understanding the legal aspects of hiring is important.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):

    Familiarity with ATS platforms is necessary for managing the recruitment process.
