Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions, primarily for blue-collar and operational roles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Create compelling job postings and publish them on various platforms
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support interview logistics
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
• Conduct reference checks, document verification, and support background checks
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and training for selected candidates
• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
• Advise hiring teams on market trends, candidate availability, and sourcing strategies
• Promote employer branding to attract talent and strengthen the organization's talent pipeline
