As a Recruiting HR Manager at Event Dynamics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and growth of our organization. Role Overview: At Event Dynamics, you will be responsible for creating and planning the recruitment process, setting and achieving targets, managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, and overseeing employee relations. As the HR and Administration Manager, you will lead a team of specialists to deliver outstanding results and services to the company and its staff. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and planning recruitment processes - Setting, monitoring, and achieving targets - Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures - Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures - Managing employee relations Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management - Minimum three years of HR experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role - Expertise in business and organizational planning - Strong team leadership skills - Proven experience in employee relations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strategic thinking ability - Proven multitasking ability As an HR and Administration Manager at Event Dynamics, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and administrative tasks, ensuring they are performed correctly and on time.
