Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of retail stores in the region, ensuring efficient store

functioning, stock management, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure stores meet the brands visual merchandising standards and maintain a premium

in-store experience.

• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that

stores are stocked with the latest products and accessories.

Customer Relationship & Brand Representation:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and

satisfaction.

• Represent the brand with a strong commitment to quality and consistency in all retail

touchpoints.

• Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional

manner, ensuring high customer retention and loyalty.

Team Management & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail sales associates and store managers across the

Area to achieve sales goals.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and

customer service skills among the retail staff.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets for stores in

Area.

• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to identify growth

opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy while customizing sales initiatives to

cater to local market dynamics.

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement to

enhance the overall sales experience.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

• Analyze competitor activities and consumer trends to stay ahead of market dynamics.

• Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness to optimize sales and

customer engagement.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local events, promotions, and

activations to drive traffic and sales.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, operations, and marketing) to

ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
