Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BPO roles Maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Track and report daily/weekly recruitment metrics.
