Job Description As a Recruiter at Loadshare Networks, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's recruitment requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with hiring managers to comprehend the job specifications, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees. Key Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates through various channels - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Qualifications - Prior experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with recruitment best practices and strategies - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Understanding of the logistics industry would be advantageous,
