Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team, responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions.
Coordinate with external recruiters and vendors to facilitate the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
