Your responsibilities will include shortlisting and interviewing candidates, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. You will be expected to have a sound knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and HR best practices. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be crucial. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, and the mode of work will be from the office during day shifts.
