Job Description

As a Recruiter, your role involves: - Posting job openings on various job portals and coordinating with hiring agencies. - Sourcing and tracking candidate applications from portals/agencies. - Following up with agencies and candidates for timely updates. - Calling candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews with the concerned managers. - Maintaining candidate data and interview schedules in MS Excel. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good analytical ability to match candidate profiles with job requirements. - Excellent follow-up and coordination skills. - Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory. Please note that this is a full-time job with the work location being in person.,
