Job Description

Process Coordinator – Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day processes across teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track, monitor, and update process records using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain documentation and prepare regular status reports for management.
Identify process gaps, escalate issues, and suggest improvements.
Support managers by scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical ability to track and improve processes.
Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in operations/process coordination preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
