Process Coordinator – Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day processes across teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track, monitor, and update process records using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Identify process gaps, escalate issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Support managers by scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical ability to track and improve processes.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in operations/process coordination preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
