Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the company, you will be responsible for interpreting engineering clients" business and requirements to drive a staffing process that promotes an optimal internal and external talent mix. You will execute a hiring plan within aligned business groups and identify differentiated and alternative types of talent. Your role will involve reviewing data and market research, consulting with the business, and recommending and implementing a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability. By leveraging best practices on sourcing, recruiting, and closing techniques, you will engage with passive, active, and potential candidates to elicit interest using business stories that represent unique career possibilities at the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and gather information to qualify the talent pool, execute initial screening and assessing of candidates, and leverage tools and assessment frameworks to assess candidates. - Attract candidates by using best practices on sourcing, recruiting, and closing techniques, and track candidate activity using systems and tools. - Maintain candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure timeliness of process completion. - Review data and market research to recommend and implement hiring plans, analyze data to improve staffing performance, and gather external market data to identify trends and insights. - Maintain documentation on candidates" qualifications and status, ensure compliance guidelines are followed, and educate clients on staffing processes and policies. - Execute hiring plans within business groups, interpret clients" business and requirements, and identify differentiated types of talent while recommending alternatives to the business area. - Source and develop candidates for immediate and future needs, develop a pipeline of talent, and identify unique talent sources. - Gather internal data to analyze the current state of the workforce talent and diversity, identify hiring needs, and share recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry experience related to the role OR equivalent experience. Additional Or Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry experience related to the role OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry experience related to the role OR equivalent experience.,
