As an HR Recruiter at our organization, you will play a key role in the recruitment process. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With 1 to 3 years of experience, you will have proven expertise in recruitment. Your responsibilities will include shortlisting and interviewing candidates, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. You will be expected to have a sound knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and HR best practices. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be crucial. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software will be an added advantage. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, and the mode of work will be from the office during day shifts.
