Role & responsibilities : Candidate will do sourcing, screening, and recruiting technical and non technical talent through various sources like social media, networking events, and job boards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. The main responsibility will be regarding taking interviews of the shortlisted candidates. Preferred candidate profile : Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and job boards. Screening & Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Collaboration: Work closely with clients managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to attract high-quality candidates. Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and communication at every stage. Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools or we will trained during training period Strong negotiation and closing skills.
