Job Title:

Junior Recruiter Experience: 2 - 3 years

Location: Bangalore

time Reports to: Recruitment Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong candidate relationships. This role involves end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, coordination with hiring managers, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing & Screening:

    - Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and databases.

    - Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.

    - Use ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse) to manage candidate pipelines.

2. Communication:

    - Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.

    - Negotiate job offers, handle salary discussions, and manage candidate feedback.

3. Process Management:

    - Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).

    - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    - Assist in creating job descriptions, ads, and interview panels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 11.5 years in recruitment (consultancy).

- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- Skills:

    - Excellent written/verbal communication in English (local language a plus).

    - Basic understanding of recruitment metrics (TTH, sourcing channels, etc.).

    - Proficiency in Excel and MS Office

    - Time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Soft Skills:- Empathetic, proactive, and result-oriented.

- Ability to handle rejection and fast-paced environments.

- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
