Recruiter (Faculty Hiring)

As a Recruiter at NNIIT, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting candidates for our learning platform based in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, coaching managers on hiring best practices, managing the candidate experience, and ensuring effective onboarding. Additionally, you will be entrusted with the task of developing and maintaining a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline by collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and strategizing to attract top talent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source and attract candidates effectively - Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability - Coach managers on hiring best practices - Manage the candidate experience and ensure smooth onboarding - Develop and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and attract top talent **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to coach managers on hiring best practices - Experience in managing the candidate experience and onboarding process - Ability to develop and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus,
