Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with department heads. The Recruiter will also be involved in employee onboarding, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions and posting job ads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Candidate should have experienced from jewelry background.
