Job Title: HR Recruiter (In-House Hiring)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Location: Lucknow (WFO)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage end-to-end recruitment for in-house hiring, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

2.Source candidates using various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) to find qualified candidates.

3.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.

4.Schedule interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.

5.Track and manage candidate applications and update records in the recruitment system or database.

6.Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with hiring managers and HR team.

7.Assist in negotiating compensation packages and other terms with selected candidates.

8.Provide timely feedback to candidates' post-interview and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.

9.Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company. 10.Stay up to date with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 1 years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically for in-house hiring.

2.Strong working knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).

3.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. 4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Experience using additional sourcing tools and platforms.
