Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Cuddalore. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting background checks, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies and collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs. Qualifications Experience in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews Proficiency in using recruitment tools and resume databases Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets Experience in IT, Non-IT, BPO, and Sales recruitment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
