6. Create and posting online and hard copy recruitment advertising on both internal and external job boards, newspapers, industry magazines & social media as per the agreed process.
7. Screen job applications in line with requirements and responding to candidates in a timely and professional manner8. Schedule the interviews with potential candidates9. Interview and test candidates using standard competency based recruitment model10. Ensure compliance and Hiring Manager’s sign off on candidates11. Coordinate with the Administration team to facilitate On-boarding of employees12. Manage induction of new employees13. Lead implementation of a strong recruitment system and process14. Pro-active in suggesting alternative course of action15. Manage vendors and relationships vis--vis recruitment activities16. Records Management relevant to the position’s scope
