As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment for domestic roles, with a focus on BPO/contact center positions. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals. - Conducting telephonic screenings to assess candidate-job fit. - Coordinating interviews and following up with both candidates and clients. - Managing bulk hiring processes and ensuring a strong candidate pipeline. - Posting job openings on multiple platforms and creating visuals using Canva. - Tracking performance metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Result Areas (KRAs). - Collaborating with client HR and operations teams for successful candidate deployments. - Maintaining daily trackers and reports to ensure effective recruitment operations. Qualifications required for this role: - Freshers and individuals with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply. - A strong interest in the recruitment and HR consultancy field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of job portals and social media sourcing. - Ability to multitask effectively and meet hiring deadlines. - Familiarity with Canva is preferred, but not mandatory.
