Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly hiring targets through active joinings for assigned clients.
• Source candidates via field visits, job fairs, local networks, referrals, and job portals.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining of candidates while maintaining active manpower strength.
• Conduct initial screenings/interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person).
• Schedule and coordinate daily lineups and interviews with clients.
• Maintain updated records in Google Sheets and prepare daily performance reports.
• Build and sustain strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements.
• Support candidates through the selection, offer, and joining process to minimize dropouts.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 1–3 years’ experience in bulk/blue-collar/grey-collar hiring (logistics, delivery staff, drivers, warehouse staff, sales promoters, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills through field recruitment, local market connections, and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
