Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Meerut. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within the company. The role will also involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
