Their products have been used in various International and National Championships, establishing them as a reputed sports brand globally. With a range of over 3600 sports and fitness equipment products, they are a one-stop destination for sporting goods and accessories. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Meerut. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within the company. The role will also involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Qualifications Experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with applicant tracking systems Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Show more Show less
