Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience working in a recruitment agency in India. The ideal candidate must demonstrate career stability and a strong track record in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

· Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations

· Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications

· Submit suitable candidate profiles, arrange interviews, and manage the hiring process

· Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

· Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• · 2 to 5 years of experience working in a recruitment agency based in India
• · Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes
• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• · Must show stability in previous employment history (no frequent job changes)
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• · Strong organizational and time management skills
